SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing & Analytics Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the successful delivery of Finalsite’s digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), and Social Advertising, while also supporting Finalsite’s Insights and Optimization subscription service.
This role combines digital marketing project coordination with website and marketing analytics, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned DMS clients while partnering with the Senior Digital Analytics Strategist to support analytics preparation, reporting, client education, data analysis, and optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong client and project management skills with an analytical mindset and an interest in developing deeper expertise in website analytics, digital marketing performance, user behavior, and data-driven optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing Client & Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of Digital Marketing Services clients across SEO, PPC, and Social Advertising.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the day-to-day client experience and successful delivery of services.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Lead client meetings, establish clear objectives, document next steps, and ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Maintain awareness of client goals, enrollment cycles, campaigns, and organizational priorities to ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
- Proactively identify project risks, client concerns, or delivery challenges and
** escalate appropriately**. - Build strong client relationships that support long-term satisfaction and retention.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, and the platforms and tools used to deliver these services.
- Understand campaign goals, performance metrics, and reporting and clearly communicate results and recommendations to clients.
- Review campaign performance and collaborate with digital marketing specialists, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate campaign data and recommendations into clear, actionable next steps for clients.
- Stay informed about relevant digital marketing, search, advertising, AI, and K–12 marketing trends.
