We’re seeking future-focused builders who combine technical AI fluency with an innate drive to grow. Ideal candidates are agile problem solvers who think in systems, leverage data, and streamline complex processes. Crucially, we’re looking for leaders with the capacity to break down silos, influence cross-functional teams, build lasting trust, and navigate AI ethics with a customer-first lens—all while collaborating with mentors across business units to help shape the future of tech.

You and your team will be working on a real project in real time: it’ll be impactful and timely work that the business depends on. In recent summers, interns in Verizon Business Group have:

• Executed multidisciplinary projects & client initiatives, collaborating across diverse business units to work on high-impact projects ranging from technical solution design to business process optimization, and strategic enablement.
• Leveraged cutting-edge AI & digital labor tools, applying modern enterprise AI tools - including Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude, and internal automation platforms such as Service Now, Ansible, and Python - to accelerate research, synthesize complex technical data, build intelligent workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Built professional communities, networking with our Global Solutions teams and the broader intern cohort to participate in virtual volunteering and engage in leadership talks.
• Read out presentations, presenting key project deliverables to the Global Solutions Executive Leadership Team.

In this hybrid internship, based out of Basking Ridge, NJ, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll also join us for the Intern Marquee event in Basking Ridge, NJ, a unique, in-person experience designed exclusively for all US interns.
