Senior Telecoms Systems Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Telecoms Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their critical telecom infrastructure, with a focus on remote administration capabilities. This role is essential for ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of voice and data communication systems. You will be responsible for system configuration, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting across a diverse range of platforms.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize telecom systems , including PBX, VoIP gateways, and related software.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
• Manage user accounts, configurations, and system security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery plans for critical telecom systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems administration, with a significant focus on telecom systems .
• Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and telephony platforms.
