As a Policy Analyst, you will report directly to the Team Lead in Client Solutions. This permanent full-time role requires two years of relevant experience and involves analyzing requests, entering data, and ensuring compliance with group insurance standards. You will also provide technical support to clients, improving processes and ensuring accuracy in records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and technical assistance to clients
• Support group administrators via telephone during business hours
• Analyze requests, ensuring follow-up and proper documentation
• Enter data into systems while adhering to quality standards
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• College diploma (DEC) is required
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of group insurance contracts
• Computer skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
