The analyst will monitor issues, support sustainment activities, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure stability of UKG integrations.
Strong communication and independent work style are essential. Ideal candidates have HRIS experience with UKG environments, Service Now ticketing, and familiarity with HCM/FCM
