- Own solution documentation including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, data flows, integration specs, and configuration/workflow decisions.
- Define and review Salesforce data models, security model (profiles/permission sets/sharing), automation strategy (Flows), and programmatic approach (Apex/LWC).

- Support presales solutioning and scoping, including high-level estimates, delivery approach, assumptions, risks, and implementation roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership across onshore and offshore delivery teams through design reviews, build guidance, and quality gates.
- Support regulated life sciences delivery needs (validation readiness, auditability, change control, and release governance).
- Drive environment strategy, CI/CD governance, and deployment readiness (Git, SFDX, Copado/Gearset/Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub Actions or equivalent).
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Architecture role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data modeling, security architecture, and automation (Flows).
- Working knowledge of programmatic development on Salesforce (Apex and Lightning Web Components) sufficient to make design tradeoffs and guide developers.
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud and at least one Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Strong experience designing integrations (APIs and event-driven patterns)…
