CAI is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) for a part-time, remote role. You will provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish users via phone, email, or chat, handling password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ticket documentation.
Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in a service desk or tech support role, strong customer service skills, and are available for late-night EST hours. Join CAI to help deliver reliable tech support and top‑notch customer care.
