We are seeking a
Director of Software Engineering to lead the Conference

Tech platform integrations,to enable a seamless, world-class experience for C-level executives.

Thisrole willbe responsible forleadingcross regionalengineeringteamsto execute platform integrations, elevate engineering excellence, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business strategy.

• Lead Engineering
  :
  Lead across regional engineering team to deliver innovative solutions while fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance.
• Drive Platform Integration
  :
  Execute theconferenceplatform integration roadmap, influence technology direction, and ensure successful delivery in an agile environment.
• Enable Engineering Excellence
  :
  Strengthen SDLC rigor, platform architecture, and engineering discipline, embedding responsible AI practices to deliver secure, scalable, andfuture ready enterprise solutions.
• Partner & Lead Change:Partner with Conference business and IT leaders to align technology solutions to strategic priorities, and lead change to ensure successful adoption of new platforms, processes, and ways of working.
• Champion Quality
  :
  
  Drive aquality firstcultureleveragingAI powered, responsible SDLC practices that improve reliability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

• Education:Bachelor's ormaster'sin computer science or related field.
• Experience:12-15 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Technical Expertise:Strong execution background in enterprise platformintegrations, cloud architecture (AWS), Object oriented programming - .NET/Java/Ruby, andexpertiseinbuildingenterprisescaleAPIcentricandevent driven platforms.
  
  ExperienceleveragingAI powered features within digital platforms to deliver personalized, intuitive user experiences and to improve user engagement and elevate attendee experiences.
