CAI is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) for part-time, remote work. You will provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish users via phone, email, or chat, handling common issues and escalating when needed.
The role requires 6–12 months in a Service Desk/technical role and strong customer service and communication skills. The schedule is weekdays, 12:30am–4:30am EST, and the job is remote.
