Unlock your potential as an IT Specialist with ALS! This position offers unique opportunities to troubleshoot and support systems in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
As the IT Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for hardware and software issues. You'll be responsible for installation, configuration, and management of systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key skills include proficiency in Active Directory, server setups, and technical support in remote and onsite conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software in an enterprise setup
• Manage Active Directory tasks and system configurations
• Install and maintain servers, desktops, and peripherals
• Respond to service desk tickets promptly
• Proactively monitor network and server performance
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in IT support or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server and desktop systems
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Hyper-V, or Azure
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs
