Remote IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice

Our client is seeking driven individuals to join as Remote IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentices . This fully remote apprenticeship is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in providing technical support and resolving IT issues for users across various locations. You will work from home, learning from experienced support professionals and contributing to the efficient operation of our client's IT infrastructure.

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users remotely via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware remotely.
• Document all support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

• Completion of secondary education (Matric) or equivalent.
• A strong passion for technology and IT support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
