Digital Marketing Executive

• Plan and manage integrated media campaigns across TV, DV360, Meta, Tiktok, online video and paid search.
• Manage campaign performance across programmatic, paid social, online video and paid search.
• Track key media KPIs across reach, engagement, efficiency and conversion, turning insights into clear optimization actions.
• Continuously improve audiences, creatives, placements, bidding and budget allocation to maximize media effectiveness.
• Identify and test new platforms, formats and media opportunities to drive stronger results.

• Use tools such as DV360, Meta & Tiktok Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, GTM, Firebase and Adjust to evaluate campaign performance.
• Work with 1st party data, platform audiences and retargeting strategies to improve targeting and relevance.
• Support accurate campaign measurement through pixels, conversion tracking and tagging.
• Turn media data into simple, actionable insights for brand and cross funtional teams.

• Partner closely with media agencies on campaign planning, activation, optimization and reporting.
• Review and challenge agency recommendations, media plans and campaign performance.
• Work with brand, creative, data and e-commerce teams to deliver effective and measurable campaigns.
• Stay on top of digital media trends and bring new ideas, best practices and platform innovations into the business.

• Around 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with DV360, Meta & Tik Tok Business Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels, campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Firebase and/or Adjust.
• Analytical, comfortable with Excel and large datasets, and able to turn numbers into clear actions.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
