We are looking for a SaaS Technical Support Specialist with 2+ years of professional experience to join the Store Veu team.
You will help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our POS SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth experience for retail businesses.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional technical support experience
• Experience supporting SaaS or software products
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and diagnose technical issues
• Good understanding of web applications and software workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ETEmployment:
Full-time | Remote / Work From Home
