Title: Technical Account Manager – Ad Tech

Location: Remote (EST/PST preferred)

Duration: 12 months

Compensation: $41 - $61

Technical Account Manager – AdTech Description Summary

Act as the primary technical point of contact for external advertising clients and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical issues involving pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Graph API, SDK and Ads Manager.
Investigate advertising measurement, tracking, delivery, auction and ad-server issues.
Use web technologies, SQL, REST APIs and technical evidence to diagnose problems.
Translate complex technical findings into clear explanations and actionable recommendations for nontechnical clients.
Handle technical support escalations, recommend implementation best practices and coordinate solutions with internal partners.
