Join our Information Technology Bureau Support the District’s Information Technology Bureau (ITB) by leading a forward thinking, highly responsive, customer focused technology support function in a fastpaced, collaborative, team oriented operating model. As part of the ITB leadership team, the Manager, Technology Enablement and Support Services will directly oversee a team comprised of desktop support technicians and endpoint specialists, ensuring District staff have the modern digital workplace tools, training, and seamless support needed to perform their responsibilities efficiently.

This position operates within a modern mesh organizational framework working closely with the other section managers and reports directly to the Information Technology Bureau Chief.  This opportunity provides the ability to make a meaningful impact across the organization by improving enduser experience, driving touchless automation, strengthening device lifecycle management, and advancing automation and operational excellence through ITIL/ITSM practices. Key skills include strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication, a commitment to service quality, and proficiency in modern endpoint management technologies.

IT Manager 2 $ 90,270.00 - $ IT Manager 3 $ 95,580.00 - $The starting salary range for the IT Manager position reflects the minimum to 50% of the compensation. The starting salary will be based on the education and experience of the successful candidate. The District conducts annual performance evaluations that may award applicable pay increases based on positive employee performance.
