Role: SAP EAM Lead
Location:
Bismarck ND (Remote with travel)
Duration:
Contract 12+ months
- Lead end-to-end implementation of EAM solutions (e.g., SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM)
- Drive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Define asset lifecycle strategies including maintenance, reliability, and asset performance optimization
- Provide leadership in asset management frameworks aligned with ISO 55000
- Manage large-scale transformation programs and digital asset initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and IT
- Ensure integration of EAM with ERP, IoT, GIS, and analytics platforms
- Lead system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor junior consultants and lead delivery teams

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management
- Hands-on expertise in one or more EAM platforms (SAP EAM / Maximo / Oracle EAM)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Asset lifecycle management
- Preventive & predictive maintenance
- Work order management
- Inventory & spare parts optimization
- Experience with digital technologies like IoT, predictive analytics, and mobility solutions
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks (APIs, middleware)
- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
