OAC Technology, LLC. is seeking a Managed Services Technician intern to assist clients with complex technical issues, across phone, email, and occasional on-site visits.
You’ll learn to troubleshoot Windows Desktop & Server, Office, networking, firewalls, and Linux while supporting client systems remotely. You will setup, configure, and install servers/workstations, monitor backups, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies, and suggest improvements to meet best practices.
