Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive works closely with cross-functional teams on the development, maintenance, and optimization of dealer marketing programs. The SAE serves as a resource for the client and internal teams, supporting project documentation including, but not limited to, work start documents, project timelines, and project status reports. The Senior Account Executive may also manage projects independently.

• Assists with program management and execution of dealer omnichannel marketing programs.
• Develops and maintains project documents, assets, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports.
• Collaborates with internal team resources, such as creative, strategic delivery, data, digital, operations, production and sales to keep projects on time and ensure all client and legal requirements are met.
• Troubleshoots and resolves program-related discrepancies efficiently.
• Manages medium- to large-sized projects and enhancements exclusively.

• 3-5 years of project/account management experience in the marketing services field, automotive client experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or commensurate experience preferred
• Previous experience with cross-channel digital campaigns
• General understanding of digital, emerging channels, and AI
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of and ability to apply basic project management principles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of management, teams, clients and vendors
• Works collaboratively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity, and knowledge sharing both within Epsilon and with external business partners
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Analytical ability to resolve/clarify program-related issues
• Detail-oriented for documentation of processes and effective follow-up
• Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
