Hammer Residences provides IT support across 59 group homes and central offices in Wayzata and White Bear Lake. The Help Desk Technician will respond to tickets, perform initial triage, and deliver on-site support as required, while championing Hammer’s person-centered values.
Flexible work arrangements exist (hybrid-remote/in office) with four days in the Wayzeta office and one day remote travel to sites as needed, including occasional on-call duties.
