- Lead end-to-end requirements definition, documentation, and validation across both business and technical work streams.
- Evaluate current and target processes to identify gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Translate business, compliance, and security needs into actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, and delivery teams to validate solution designs and elicit requirements.
- Create user journeys, workflows, and data models while preparing user documentation and training materials.
- Support functional testing and UAT while ensuring all solutions align with IT governance, information security, and GDPR standards.
- Perform data reconciliation across various systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Provide impact analysis to support the Change Manager and define exit criteria for transitions from pilot to broader rollouts.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science, etc.)
