Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Remote Network Installation Specialist to join their distributed team. In this fully remote role, you will provide expert guidance and remote support for the installation and configuration of network infrastructure solutions for clients across various locations. You will work closely with on‑site teams and clients via video conferencing, phone, and remote access tools to troubleshoot issues, guide installations, and ensure successful system deployments.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at remote collaboration, possesses deep networking knowledge, and thrives in a flexible, work‑from‑home environment.
- Provide remote technical assistance and guidance for network hardware and software installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues remotely.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and installation procedures.
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients and junior technical staff.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to plan and execute network deployments.
- Monitor network performance and security parameters, providing proactive recommendations.
- Extensive experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Proficiency with remote access tools and network monitoring software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
