Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Data Scientist to spearhead their R&D Analytics initiatives. - Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and advanced statistical analyses to solve complex R&D challenges.
- Design and implement data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets from various research sources.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and champion their adoption within the organization.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and No
SQL databases. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adept at working in a remote setting.
