• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

• Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work effectively both remotely and from the office as scheduled.
