CityView Remote Implementation Specialist

Enhance client services as a City View Implementation Specialist, delivering software customized for local governments. Work remotely while optimizing workflows and processes for client success.

In this permanent role reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you'll collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor City View solutions accordingly. Your focus will be on business analysis, process mapping, and software configuration to streamline operations. Travel may be necessary for client engagements across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document customer business requirements

• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture use cases

• Analyze client processes and create functional specifications

• Configure software workflows to improve efficiency

• Conduct training sessions for end-users

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software configuration and business analysis

• Strong communication skills in a customer-facing role

• Experience with local government processes preferred

• Post-secondary education in technology or equivalent

• Ability to travel 15% within Canada and the U.S.
