Remote ServiceNow ITAM Architect Position

Become a key player as a Service Now ITAM Solution Architect in a remote role through mid-December 2026. With a focus on Hardware Asset Management, this position allows technical leadership and customer engagement.

This contract role requires a lead-level ITAM Solution Architect for approximately 16 hours of work per week. You will leverage your expertise in Hardware Asset Management to set design direction and maintain client relationships. Active participation in meetings and delivering technical updates are essential components of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend internal and customer meetings on camera

• Direct the ITAM scope and establish technical direction

• Lead the design and implementation of Hardware Asset Management

• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships

• Work within the estimated 16-hour weekly schedule

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience as an ITAM Solution Architect

• Hands-on experience with Service Now ITAM

• Certified Service Now System Administrator and Application Developer

• Certification in Hardware Asset Management

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
