You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you’ll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the technology industry. You will work on implementing Service Now with some of the world’s biggest brands and your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-value business strategic initiatives, by engaging stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and achieving quality, timeline, budget, and change adoption objectives.

We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. You’ll collaborate with the PMO team under the leadership of Director, Project Management. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together with the mission of contribute to the technical engagement of various stakeholders, to the success of different Service Now implementation and deployment deliveries for our clients.

Your day to day will look like this:

• Ensure the delivery of initiatives within the scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies while maintaining alignment between the various projects and work streams.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
• Establish robust governance, track performance indicators, anticipate risks and ensure informed decision‑making at the program level.
• Mentor project managers, promote best practices, ensure the quality of deliverables and maintain consistent and rigorous execution.
• Support change management, encourage the adoption of solutions and ensure the achievement of expected benefits for the client and the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree completed, in information systems management, or with a specialization in information technology or related to the industry.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Project and Program Manager in an IT delivery context (Service Now delivery is an asset).
• Bilingualism (French & English). English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
• Service Now CSA certification (an asset).
