Project Manager; GRC)

On-Demand Group is currently seeking a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Project Manager / Business Analyst for a remote contract, scheduled to run through 4/26/27.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GRC, cybersecurity, and audit initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Business Stakeholders.
• Support remediation activities, track audit findings, and ensure timely closure of compliance commitments.
• Define and document regulatory, control, and risk management requirements, conducting risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop and maintain detailed requirements, control documentation, risk registers, and remediation plans.
• Contribute to audit responses, evidence collection, control testing, and UAT activities, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, and maintain comprehensive project records including RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Maintain complete and current documentation suitable for audits, governance reviews, and leadership reporting.

• 10+ years of project management and business analysis experience leading complex initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, audit remediation, or risk management programs.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Familiarity with structured PMO environments and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Clarity PPM, Docu Sign, and Microsoft Copilot.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $75.
