The Select Group is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join a fast-paced IT environment. This is a fully remote role (EST hours) where you’ll be the first line of support for end users and help resolve issues for a large user base.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies in a modern Microsoft environment, handling tickets, onboarding/offboarding, license tasks, and data migration while documenting resolutions and collaborating with teams.
