Data Entry Operator

Kelly is hiring! We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Data Entry Operator in Toronto, ON! In this full-time, temporary role, you’ll help our client with their data entry needs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Process approximately 15,000 multi-page PDF documents, reviewing each document to identify and extract the required information.

Perform high-volume data entry of the extracted information into a separate system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Work independently and manage daily workload to meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.

Work across multiple applications and screens as required.

Use the equipment and systems provided by the client and follow all applicable procedures for accessing and processing information securely.

Complete work in a secure and private home-work environment while maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client information.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous high-volume data entry or document-processing experience.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote environment.

Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple applications and screens.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable, secure home-work environment.

Experience working with PDFs and databases is preferred.

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Remote- first couple of days in office for training)
