Televic, based at our Izegem headquarters, invites an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our international IT organization. You will combine hands-on support with team leadership and drive service excellence across multiple sites.
In this role you will handle first- and second-line incidents, act as escalation point for complex issues, and coordinate the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Entra , Active Directory, Intune and Windows across Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria and the United States.
