Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional remote technical support to clients experiencing automotive issues, diagnosing problems through detailed questioning and analysis.
• Utilize remote diagnostic tools and software to interpret vehicle data and provide repair recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all support interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product specialists, to resolve complex or recurring technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on automotive repair or technical support role.
