Remote Equipment Calibration Technician

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Remote Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join their distributed team, supporting operations nationally. In this role, you will leverage advanced remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software to maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial equipment. You will be instrumental in preemptively identifying potential issues, guiding on-site personnel through complex procedures, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical systems without requiring physical presence at every location.

• Utilize remote access tools and diagnostic software to monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures.

• Proven experience in a technical support or maintenance role, with a strong emphasis on remote diagnostics and troubleshooting within the Installation & Maintenance industry.
• Proficiency with remote access software, network troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems related to industrial equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
