We're looking for a particular kind of person.
Someone who's genuinely excited by the technical side of performance marketing, who wants to go deep into the platforms rather than skim the surface. Who gets a real buzz from finding the faster, smarter, more automated way to do something, and who's constantly asking "how can we do this better?"
Ecommerce experience is a must. You'll need to understand how fast moving, ecommerce led brands actually perform on Paid Social, not just the theory.
You'll be the technical expert at the heart of our Paid Social work. The Client Strategy team sets the direction, and you'll be the person they bring in to make it happen brilliantly, turning clear strategic briefs into flawless builds, with deep ownership of feed management, creative builds, reporting and data methodology.
This is also a role for someone who's curious about AI and automation, not just aware of it. You'll be expected to actively test and adopt new tools that speed up delivery and free up time for the work that matters most.
