This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located near a firm office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electronic discovery databases in Relativity One, including workspace creation, ongoing maintenance, and technical support throughout the lifecycle of a matter.

  • Execute data processing, loading, and production activities in accordance with established protocols and matter‑specific requirements.
  • Apply Relativity One's advanced features, analytics capabilities, AI tools, and scripting functionality to support discovery workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate project needs and recommend appropriate analytical tools and techniques to legal teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of assigned work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across deliverables.
  • Support the exchange of electronic information with external parties, including coordinating data preparation and production activities.
  • Document project activities and maintain accurate records of data movement, handling, and processing through applicable tracking and project management systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to attorneys and other legal professionals, addressing both routine and complex questions involving eDiscovery platforms and workflows.
  • Partner with eDiscovery project managers and attorneys to execute project deliverables and support case objectives.
  • Perform additional litigation support functions, including media duplication, data audits, document imaging, spreadsheet management, and printing of electronic or native files.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following established information security practices, documenting chain of custody, and adhering to applicable data handling and retention procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced working knowledge of Relativity One, including its analytics tools, sophisticated review features, and scripting capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and its application across the discovery lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with and ability to apply principles established by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage Relativity One scripting and advanced functionality to resolve technical challenges and streamline workflows.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, sound judgment, and resourceful problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Education & Professional Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous litigation support experience within a law firm or eDiscovery services organization, including hands‑on use of Relativity and advanced analytics technologies.

Expected salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
