Shoe smiths is seeking a User Support Assistant to join our IS support function in a hybrid role. You will split time between Service Desk duties and site or remote support, handling incidents and service requests from initial contact to resolution, with hands-on laptop and workplace technology support.
You will build, configure and prep laptops for new starters or replacements and assist with joiner/mover/leaver tasks, contributing to a responsive knowledge base and service improvements.
