W2 Only (10+yrs of experience)

Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience in Network Routing and Switching
  , including design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations.
• Strong experience with Data Center Networking technologies
  , including Spine‑Leaf architecture
  , data center fabric, and high‑availability solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise with Juniper networking technologies.
• Expert knowledge and hands‑on experience configuring, implementing, and operating Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, and Arista switches and routers.
• Strong experience in network design and implementation
  , including routing, switching, data center connectivity, migrations, upgrades, and network optimization.
• Expert knowledge of Carrier Technologies
  , including BGP, VRF‑Lite, IS‑IS, MPLS, BFD, CCC, GRE, and RSVP
  .
• Expert knowledge of Routing Protocols
  , including iBGP, OSPF, VRRP, VARP, HSRP, and P .
• Experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable enterprise/data center networks
  .
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office and Visio
  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies and products independently using technical documentation and online resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines and multiple deliverables
