** The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned.## Qualifications
** Required  Experience
*** Associate’s degree in a related field
* Two years of experience with information technology infrastructure development or an acceptable combination of education and experience
* A+, Network+, Security+ preferred
* Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, assuring continuous systems availability
* Assist with LAN security to ensure compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements
* Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required
* Maintain and enhance the Share point system
* Utilize systems analysis tools, techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system function specifications
* Exceptional knowledge of information technology infrastructure development, standards and protocols
* Exceptional knowledge of information technology security and backup standards
* Excellent ability to troubleshoot systems and provide technical assistance
* In-depth understanding of data systems development
* Provide backup to the Senior System administrator
* Good understanding of CFBHN’s Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange
* Support the user technical experience (PC’s Phones, applications, etc.)
* Maintain/ recommend/ install/ user equipment and software
* Support the other functional areas of CFBHN
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as applicable to the position
* Ability to travel as required by the position
