Epic Grand​/Prelude Analyst ly Remote; Expenses Reimbursable

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst
.

*** Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension

*** Pay Rate:
Flexible for right candidate. Travel expenses are reimbursable.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time with after-hours support as needed (will be on‑call every 7 weeks).
• The role is primarily remote. Onsite 2 days per quarter or as needed for support.

• The Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
• They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
• The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
• The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Analyst will be focused on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, and input as needed for integration projects across the health system.
• Scope of work will include tickets, projects, go‑live support, upgrade support, and on‑call rotation every 7 weeks.
• Additional work as needed.

• Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
