As a key player in ProServeIT's IT operations team, you will provide crucial support and lead incident management while championing operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Guarantee high availability and reliability of IT systems
• Serve as Tier 3 for complex operational issues
• Lead incident response and service restoration efforts
• Administer Windows and/or Linux servers and virtualized environments
• Enforce security standards and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration
• Strong experience with Windows Server and/or Linux
• Proficient with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• ITIL concepts and virtualization platform experience
