Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst

Pay Range: $65-68/hr What's the Job?

Design, develop, and support the sales compensation platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payout calculations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize system performance and processes. Manage integrations with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workday. Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL and other data analysis tools. Lead testing strategies and execution across various cycles, including UAT, to ensure system integrity and compliance.

What's Needed?5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions / Callidus True Comp or similar platforms like Xactly, Varicent, or CaptivateIQ. Proficiency with integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, Anaplan, or Workday. Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Experience working in Agile delivery environments and understanding of end-to-end sales compensation processes.
