Technical Installer

• Provide remote guidance and support to customers during the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues encountered during setup and initial configuration.
• Assist customers in integrating new systems with their existing IT infrastructure.

• Escalate complex technical challenges to the appropriate support teams.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

• Previous experience in technical support, IT, or a related installation role.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and network configurations .
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly.
• Proficiency in using remote assistance and diagnostic tools .
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
