Technical Installer

About the Role  Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Installer to join their remote team, focusing on the successful deployment and setup of client systems. This role primarily involves guiding customers through installation procedures via phone and video calls, ensuring seamless integration of their products. You will troubleshoot common installation issues and provide support to ensure client satisfaction, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities   Provide remote guidance and support to customers during the installation process.
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues encountered during setup and initial configuration.
Assist customers in integrating new systems with their existing IT infrastructure.
Document installation procedures, common problems, and their solutions.
Escalate complex technical challenges to the appropriate support teams.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Requirements   Previous experience in technical support, IT, or a related installation role.
Understanding of computer hardware, software, and network configurations .
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly.
Proficiency in using remote assistance and diagnostic tools .
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
