Position: Remote Technical Support Expert Needed

Our client is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer who can deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support while collaborating with engineering teams. This role demands expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and independent troubleshooting. You will ensure customer success through excellent service and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support

• Diagnose complex technical issues with root cause analysis

• Collaborate with development teams to improve products

• Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

• Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Extensive technical support or engineering experience

• Deep understanding of networking and cloud technologies
