About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Management Consultant with a strong interest in Data Analytics to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of data principles who are eager to apply analytical skills to solve business problems. You will support senior consultants by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for clients across various industries.

- Assist in collecting and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for clients.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
- Contribute to the documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies.

- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (internships count).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R basics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting .
