Location:
Anywhere in USA, should be able to work EST hours
40hrs/week, 8hrs/day
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and develop system specifications that align with business process requirements.
- Plan, configure, and support system implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain SAP Analytics and Planning solutions.
- Document, test, troubleshoot, and optimize system functionality.
- Analyze and reconcile data across SAP BPC, SAC, and Datasphere environments.
- Evaluate application integrations, infrastructure requirements, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with software standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP Planning tools such as SAP BPC.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- 10+ years of experience in analytical modeling using SAP HANA Live, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analytics.
- Experience developing Financial Statements and formatting financial reports.
- Experience with FX Impact calculations, Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis, and hierarchy management.
- Strong SAP SAC development experience, including:
- Data Actions
- Advanced scripting in Optimized Mode
- ETL development using SAP HANA Live, SAP Datasphere, and SAC
- Experience working with SAP ECC data structures and tables.
- Experience analyzing and reconciling data between SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.
- Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Experience developing and supporting outbound interfaces from SAP Datasphere.
- Experience using SAP Success Factors as a data source.
- Strong background in SAP Analytics, Planning, Reporting, and Data Modeling.
- Experience working within complex SAP landscapes and enterprise environments.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable planning and reporting solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
