Project Manager; Guidewire; REMOTE

• Lead the organizations core insurance technology platforms managing a larger team of direct reports and an extended organization
• Responsible for operational excellence of the Mainframe environment (preferable) while driving the strategic transformation to the Guidewire platform.
• This role combines people leadership delivery governance modernization and stakeholder management

• Lead mentor and develop larger team and oversee a organization
• Own Mainframe platform stability performance security capacity planning and lifecycle management Define and execute the roadmap from legacy systems to Guidewire Policy Center Billing Center and Claim Center
• Manage large scale application delivery budgets vendors and offshore teams Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with business objectives
• Drive modernization automation operational efficiencies and continuous improvement

• 15 years of IT experience with 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong experience managing Mainframe environments and modernization initiatives
• Proven Guidewire implementation support or transformation experience.
• Experience leading large distributed teams and managing vendor partnerships
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
