SAP Application Management, SAP Basis, 2nd-Level Support, Business Applications, Requirements Engineering, Change & Release Management in Zürich/home office.
Main tasks- Support and continuously improve SAP applications and related business systems
- Coordinate requirements and solutions with business users, internal stakeholders and external providers
- Translate business requirements into suitable technical solutions
- Coordinate SAP Basis-related topics with external specialists
- Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate incident resolution
- Support testing, changes, releases and application enhancements
- Gradually develop expertise in Power BI, reporting and analytics
- Participate in application projects and process optimization initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Contribute to stable and efficient application operations
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP, application management or IT support
- Initial experience with application operations, testing, change management or IT projects
- Interest in SAP Basis, business applications and Power BI
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working at the interface between business and IT
- Very good German and good English skills
