Our client is looking for a seasoned Remote Network Installation Specialist to guide and oversee the deployment of network infrastructure for clients across various industries, managed entirely from their home office. This role involves providing expert remote assistance to on-site teams, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of installed network systems. You will be instrumental in delivering reliable network solutions by leveraging your deep understanding of network architecture and remote support methodologies.

- Provide remote technical support and guidance for the installation and configuration of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues through remote diagnostic tools.
- Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation, and installation best practices.
- Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to ensure successful remote oversight of installations.
- Conduct remote system assessments and provide recommendations for network optimization.
- Stay abreast of new networking technologies and security best practices for remote deployment.
- Proven experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on remote support.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and VPNs.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment from major vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to complex network environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at guiding non-technical staff remotely.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
