- Administer, configure, and maintain the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user queries promptly.
- Develop and implement system enhancements and updates to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity within the WMS through regular audits and data cleansing.
- Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff on WMS functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate WMS with other business systems.
- Proven experience as a WMS Administrator or similar role, with extensive knowledge of major WMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and training abilities to support a remote workforce.
