Remote E-commerce Platform Specialist

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams, designers, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of new products and promotions.
• Monitor platform performance, security, and scalability, implementing necessary improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend strategic enhancements.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations.
• Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms and their associated tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
